To design/build a portfolio of income-producing ‘carbon neutral’ real estate properties as a joint venture equity partner. These properties will be LEED-certified, based upon the Federal and International standards of energy efficiency and certification. 

Our objective is to capture 2% of the global carbon emissions from the projected 900 Billion square feet of the real estate market thru our Global Carbon Emissions Reduction Program by 2035.
