Implementing ten Regional CORPORATE smart-net-zero production and trade center campus Developments

CETS Technologies Inc. is the parent company of its Smart Net-Zero Corporate Eco-Village Campus business operations to be established across the United States and Liberia West Africa. We seek capital partners for $400 million (USD) of working capital for the pre-construction shovel-ready status process for the ten site locations. The funds to provide $40 million per site for pre-construction process operations. Implementing CETS Regional Corporate Campus Smart Net-Zero-Emissions waste to utility infrastructure of 10,218,024 total leasable square feet of certified `net-zero Class A’ Real Estate development projects. The use of funds to include land control, balance sheet, shovel-ready permitted status, carbon credits, entitlements, tokenization, and valuation certifications as an equity investment and tax-exempt bond debts. 

Securing this working capital positions CETS within a statewide marketplace to impact 5% of its GDP from the implementation of decentralized smart net-zero-emissions (carbon offsetting) additive manufacturing processes across industries. The goal is to create the pathway to net-zero status by establishing an asset-based assessment to identify the environmental and supply-chain gaps and issues within the regional market to deliver decentralized ‘smart-net-zero-emissions’ trade and value chain solutions for contract opportunities.
